Our goal is to raise a minimum of $2,000 $3,200 (WE DID IT, BUT WE WANT TO RAISE MORE!) for the Send A Cow charity. Send A Cow gives direct, practical help to poor farmers in Africa, by providing, cows and other livestock, training in livestock rearing and organic farming, and low-cost veterinary and advice services. Think sustainable agriculture and living!

Send A Cow works in many countries across Africa, including our final destination - Cameroon. They began work in Cameroon in 2005. To find out more about Cameroon’s cane rat project and the other specific initiatives that Send a Cow supports, check out their website.

Donate To Our Trip Fund

Even if you’re not in the car in body, you can still be a part of the madness! We need extra funds to purchase a used car for our adventure and to pay for things along the way, like petrol and spare car parts. When the journey is over, we’ll sell our car and donate the proceeds, along with any remaining funds, right back to Send A Cow. At this moment, your donation will go towards covering spare parts for the car!
